  • Assisting technicians and apprentices when required by providing guidance, technical support and an extra pair of hands during busy periods

  • Helping achieve workshop sales, booking and customer service goals

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

  • Automotive industry experience (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • A positive and professional attitude

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

  • Good computer skills

Flexibility Required

This position will have regular rostered days each week; however, flexibility is important.

When our Service Advisor is on leave or unavailable, you may be required to swap your normal days or work additional days to support the team and ensure our customers continue to receive outstanding service.

Our Team Culture

We are a positive, supportive team that works together to achieve results.

The successful applicant will be willing to:

  • Participate in team-building activities

  • Attend staff meetings
