Experienced Window Tint Installer Wanted

Total Tint Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window Tint Installer to join our growing team.

We specialise in premium residential, commercial, and automotive window film installations across Perth and Rockingham/Mandurah areas and we are also interested in Experienced Mobile Automotive Installers.

This position is suited to a professional installer who can work independently, maintain exceptional quality standards, and represent our brand professionally with clients and for someone who is wishing to expand their career

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Installation of residential, commercial, and or automotive window films

• High quality application of window films

• Managing installations from start to completion

• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Communicating professionally with clients on-site

• Completing jobs efficiently while meeting company quality standards

• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Following all safe work procedures

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' professional window tinting experience

• Proven experience with residential, commercial, and/or automotive film installation

• Ability to install window film to a high standard with minimal supervision

• Current WA Driver's License

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Highly Regarded

• White Card

• Working at Heights certification

• EWP license

• Experience leading installation teams

• Experience using digital job management systems
