Zone Offroad is looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Kenwick.

In this full-time role, you will assist customers with 4WD accessories, parts, and equipment, provide product advice, prepare quotes and invoices, and help customers choose the right setup for their vehicle and off-road needs.

What you’ll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable 4WD accessories and products
Preparing quotes and invoices
Following up on leads and customer enquiries
Providing product advice on 4WD vehicles, accessories, and equipment
Processing sales transactions professionally and efficiently
Helping maintain a clean, organised, and presentable retail showroom
Working with the team to deliver a high level of customer service

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or automotive parts and accessories
Knowledge of 4WDs, camping, or the automotive industry preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to learn new products and explain them clearly to customers
Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and invoices
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Current driver’s licence preferred
