About the roles:
Maintenance role:
We're looking for a self-motivated qualified electrician to join our maintenance team based in Malaga. You'll follow a schedule set by our admin team, turning up to jobs ready to handle service calls, fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance across residential and commercial properties. You'll liaise with property managers when needed and deal directly with clients onsite, so good communication is a must. No two days look the same, so you'll need to think on your feet, work independently, and deliver tidy, reliable work that keeps clients coming back. This role is great for consistency — you'll be home every night working similar hours each day — with the opportunity to take on after-hours call outs to boost your earnings. If you take pride in solving problems on the spot and being a sparkie people can count on, this one's for you.
New Build role:
We're looking for a self-motivated qualified electrician to join our new build team based in Malaga. You'll be working hand in hand with the director, leading apprentices, and delivering high-end residential builds and state-of-the-art commercial fit-outs. The role covers installation across new construction and renovation projects, so a thorough understanding of electrical systems, plans, and safety protocols is essential. You'll need to read plans confidently, keep your work to a high standard, and help keep projects on track and running smoothly onsite. If you're a hands-on sparkie with a sharp eye for detail who wants to be a key part of the operation — not just another number on the books — this is the next step in your career.
Company Benefits:
Company vehicle and fuel card.
Bonuses for completing jobs and hitting milestones.
Potential for profit share – when the business wins, you win.
$2000 CASH bonus after 6 months with the company
Payment of all relevant industry, tool, and electrical allowances included in your wages.
Opportunity to be a part of a wide range of projects.
Permanent full-time position.
4 weeks paid annual leave per year.
Superannuation contribution of 11.5%.
Uniform provided.

Documentation: maintaining accurate notes and photos of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities using Ascora
