Truck Driver/Despatch - Afternoon Shift

Deltatech International is a Steel Plate Processing business, providing professional cutting services to clients across the construction, manufacturing, fabrication, mining and resources sector.

We are currently looking for a Truck Driver/Despatch person to work at our Hope Valley facility for an afternoon shift position.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Forklift use to load and unload truck.

• Preparing orders for despatch.

• Interpreting work orders and prioritizing based on due date.

• Delivering orders on a flatbed truck to sister company down the road

• Communicating effectively with the team.

• Keeping work area clean and tidy.

Skills, experience and key features

• LF forklift ticket is required.

• HR Drivers Licence

• Workshop experience highly recommended.

• Able to use an overhead crane or willing to learn.

• General manual labour: lifting, grinding and cleaning steel plates.

• Positive attitude.
