We are urgently seeking an experienced Site & Statutory Supervisor to support underground operations. This role is ideal for a safety‑driven leader with strong underground experience and the capability to manage both people and workshop compliance.

GREAT RATES, GREAT SITES, GREAT PROSPECTS
Supervise underground activities, including drill operations (Cabolt exposure beneficial but not essential)
Oversee and manage a small onsite workshop, including maintenance personnel
Lead a small team of operators and fitters
Liaise professionally with the client with strong communication and time management
Complete daily reporting requirements
Report and manage incidents in line with statutory obligations
Run and engage personnel in PSI’s
Facilitate safety and toolbox meetings
BSBWHS411 – Certificate of Attainment
BSBWHS414 or RIIRIS402E (equivalent) – Certificate of Attainment
Statutory Supervisor Exam – Passed
Proven underground mining experience
Strong safety leadership and WHS knowledge
Solid maintenance/workshop understanding
Ability to manage small teams effectively
Confident communicator who can maintain respectful client relationships
High attention to detail in reporting and compliance
