Parts Interpreter

Rockingham Volkswagen, Rockingham Geely & GMSV is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Parts interpreter to join our growing team.

About The Role

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.

• Experience within dealership parts sales & interpreting environment will be highly regarded

• Minimum 1-2 years automotive parts experience is required.

• Sound computer skills, experience with ERA (Pentana) systems not necessary, but would be highly regarded

• Parts Interpreting will be required for trade, internal and retail customers

• Answering phone enquiries - a great phone manner is a must

• Attending to requests efficiently and courteously

• Liaising with our Pre-Delivery, Service and Warehouse departments

• Stock-take as required

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong time management & organisational skills
