Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Technician / Project Supervisor to join our WA team.

This is a unique role that offers a genuine mix of hands-on technical work and project supervision. This role provides a combination of spending time working in the field servicing, commissioning and troubleshooting industrial boiler and steam systems, as well as supervising projects and supporting project delivery

You'll be based in Perth, with service and project work across Western Australia.

The Role

This role combines field service, commissioning and maintenance work with project supervision responsibilities across industrial boiler, steam and process heat systems.

You will remain actively involved in the technical delivery of work while also assisting with project planning, site coordination, and customer communication.

No two weeks are the same. One week you may be fault finding and commissioning equipment on-site, while the next you could be coordinating a major boiler installation or plant upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and commission industrial boilers, burners and steam systems

  • Perform on-site fault finding and technical troubleshooting

  • Supervise boiler and process heat projects from mobilisation through to completion

  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and site activities

  • Support installation, commissioning and start-up of new equipment

  • Manage project schedules, resources and site documentation

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Assist with plant upgrades, shutdowns and improvement projects

  • Provide technical support and mentoring to other technicians as required

About You

You are a trade-qualified electrician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in industrial environments.

You enjoy solving problems, working across different sites, and being part of a high-performing technical team.

Essential

  • Electrical Disconnect Re-connect

  • Industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  • Manual driver’s licence

  • White Card

Desirable

  • Type B Gas Fitting qualification

  • Experience with boilers, steam systems or combustion equipment

  • Experience in manufacturing or process plants
