Are you a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with strong excavator experience looking for your next challenge? Or a Leading Hand or Maintenance Supervisor wanting to get back into a technical, hands-on role?

We're seeking an experienced Digger Specialist to support our Goldfields operations. Working closely with our leadership and reliability teams, you'll provide technical expertise, tackle complex diagnostics, and help drive reliability across our excavator fleet.

What your day looks like:

• Applying your technical expertise supporting a structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet

• Be a hands-on mentor – upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience

• Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards

• Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact

What we’ll need from you: 

• 5+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi. (As listed below)

• Australian National Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification

• Experience in either a Field Service or Leading Hand Role would suit well

• Friendly communication skills with a focus on the team and company culture
