Brillare Electrical is expanding its HVAC division and seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to join our growing team.
We have a strong pipeline of secured aged care and residential maintenance work across Perth, providing long-term stability and consistent hours.
This position is for a qualified HVAC Technician only.
Apprentices, trade assistants and applicants currently completing their HVAC apprenticeship will not be considered.
You will be responsible for managing your jobs from start to finish while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Your duties will include:
Fault finding and repairs
Preventative maintenance and servicing
Breakdown response
Installation and replacement of HVAC systems
Ducted air conditioning systems
Split systems
Evaporative air conditioning
Cassette units
Coolrooms and refrigeration equipment
Completing documentation and job notes
Communicating effectively with clients and our office team
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
Mobile phone and uniform
Full-time permanent position

For the right candidate, Brillare can provide a supported pathway into an Electrical Apprenticeship, allowing you to become a dual-trade HVAC Technician and Electrician.
This is entirely optional and intended for technicians looking to broaden their skills and future earning potential.
Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Current WA Driver's Licence
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently
