• Riggers (Steel & Panel) – From structural erection to precision tilt-up installation.

• Site Boilermakers – The "fix-it" experts for site modifications.

 What You’ll Bring to the Hook:

• We’re looking for professionals who take pride in a safe, clean lift.

• The Tickets: High-Risk Work Licence (RB/RI/RA, DG, and EWP) + White Card.

• The Runs: Ideally, 2+ years of experience in structural steel or precast/tilt-up. But if you have the work ethic, we are here to help you become the rigger you want to be.

• The Skills: Ability to read drawings, perform pre-starts, and communicate clearly on the radio.

• The Mindset: A "safety first, every time" attitude and a strong team-player vibe.

• Bonus points for: Tilt-Up or Scissor Lift tickets.
