We are seeking a highly organised and proactive DRT Operations Coordinator to join our team in Jandakot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced oil and gas professional who enjoys coordinating operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring equipment readiness to support critical field operations.
About the role
Reporting to the DRT Product Line Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our DRT rental fleet and workshop activities. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment availability, coordinating maintenance and certification requirements, managing inventory, and acting as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs, and refurbishment of DRT equipment.
Manage equipment mobilisation, loadouts, returns, and inventory control.
Liaise with customers regarding equipment availability and mobilisation schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, inspection companies, repair facilities, and internal teams.
Prepare equipment lists, delivery and return documentation, requisitions, and customer quotations.
Ensure certification, compliance, QA/QC, and client-specific requirements are met.
Maintain accurate inventory records and consumable stock levels.
Coordinate workshop activities to meet customer deadlines and operational requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Assist with workshop activities and equipment maintenance as required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 4 years' experience within the Oil & Gas services industry.
Strong operational coordination and planning skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience managing inventory, equipment logistics, and documentation.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Commitment to workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
