About us

Sureguard Security Pty Ltd is the largest independent security company operating in the Rockingham/Kwinana/Mandurah areas and currently has a client base in excess of 1200 encompassing both patrol and alarm response clients, servicing an operational area of Rockingham to Mandurah and surrounds.

Qualifications & experience

• Must have a minimum 2 years' experience as a Patrol Officer

• Must be familiar with the Rockingham, Kwinana, Mandurah and surrounding areas

• A current and valid WA Security License

• A current First Aid Certificate

• A current and valid WA Driver's License

• Ability to drive, walk and stand for long periods of time

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to prepare and write reports

• Computer literate for the purpose of reporting etc.

• Experience with RAPID systems

• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability at all times

• Capacity to work night shift

• Must have unrestricted Working Rights within Australia

Tasks & responsibilities

• Carry out mobile patrols of various sites

• Responding to alarm activations within specified time frames

• Attend to alarms and investigate disturbances

• Attend to and report antisocial behavior and/or damage to premises; and assess whether further escalation required

• Rosters at present are 7 nights on / 7 off per fortnight
