Leading Hand (Landscape and Planting Contractor)

We have an excellent opportunity for you to join one of Perth's leading horticultural/ landscaping subcontractors who have long term contracts with several Shires and Councils located throughout Perth. We need an experienced leading hand gardener or horticultural specialist looking to join this WA owned family run growing business. You will lead a small but busy tree planting and watering team, where you will be working in the sun, rain and cold, mulching, watering and planting 4000 small trees and plants throughout the southern suburbs of Perth.

Duties will be:

• Ideally have MR or HR Licence
• Lead a young team of energetic keen labourers
• Load vehicles with trees, unload on site
• Dig holes, fertilise, plant and water
• Place and gently fill in and mulch
• Ability to work fast, safe and carefully.
• Must have whitecard, drivers licence and relevant tickets.
