The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers, Electrical Estimators & Supervisors to join leading electrical contractors delivering commercial, industrial and hazardous area projects across Perth.

With a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming work, these roles offer the opportunity to work on high-value, technically challenging projects across construction, upgrades and refurbishments.

This is ideal for professionals who are confident managing $1M+ electrical packages and want to be part of well-structured, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background (Project Management or Estimation), responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical projects across commercial and industrial sectors
• Coordinate with clients, builders, subcontractors and stakeholders across multiple sites
• Ensure all electrical works meet project specifications, timelines and quality standards
• Support procurement, cost control and budget management
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Lead and mentor site teams, supervisors and trades
• Promote and enforce strong OH&S standards across all activities

For Estimators:

• Review drawings and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive costings
• Support tender submissions, procurement and feasibility assessments

About You

• Proven experience in electrical project management or estimation within commercial or industrial environments
• Exposure to hazardous area projects highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the electrical contracting market
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Team-focused with the ability to lead and influence others
• Highly organised with solid problem-solving capability

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence (essential)
• Current Driver’s Licence
