About the role

Are you a skilled air-conditioning and refrigeration technician looking for a new challenge?   West Coast HVAC, a leading provider of HVAC solutions in Western Australia, is seeking a full-time Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Tradesman to join their team in Wangara, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in installing, servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, ensuring our clients receive reliable and efficient comfort solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Perform installation of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems

• Plan and execute installations from construction drawings.

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in air-conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an air-conditioning and refrigeration technician in a commercial or industrial setting

• Strong technical skills and expertise in the installation of HVAC systems in a commercial and industrial setting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality workmanship

• A valid driver's license.
