Looking for a hands-on role with a supportive team and plenty of opportunities to learn? Couplers is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Counter Sales Assistant to join our growing business.

Located in Malaga, Couplers has proudly serviced Western Australia and customers across Australia for over 30 years. We specialise in industrial fittings, hydraulics, pneumatics, automotive applications, food and beverage industries and much more. Our reputation has been built on exceptional customer service, expert advice and a commitment to helping customers find the right solution every time.

What's on Offer?

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)

• Full on-the-job training provided

• Supportive and friendly team environment

• 1 rostered day off (RDO) per month

• Lunch provided daily

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Processing, packing, and dispatching orders

• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional store environment

• Receiving, unpacking, and putting away stock

• Tagging and preparing hoses and fittings

• Providing excellent customer service and product support

About You

• No previous industry experience required – we'll train you!

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Basic computer skills are an advantage but not essential

• Reliable, motivated and able to work well as part of a team
