Stores & Parts Coordinator

Bull Motor Bodies is a proudly West Australian company with a national presence, manufacturing and supplying quality vehicle bodies across the country. We are looking for an experienced Stores & Parts Coordinator to join our established stores team at our Bibra Lake production facility.
This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside an experienced team to keep our stores operation running smoothly and production well-supported. You will bring solid warehousing knowledge and be comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment where accuracy and reliability matter.
What the role involves:
Managing day-to-day inventory, stock organisation and parts ordering
Picking manufactured components for branch distribution and internal production orders
Assisting with regular inspections and quarterly and annual stocktakes
Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure production is well-prepared and workflows run smoothly
Operating a forklift safely as part of daily warehouse tasks
Contributing to a well-organised, positive team environment
What we are looking for:
Solid experience in a stores, warehouse or parts coordination role — manufacturing experience an advantage
Current forklift licence and driver’s licence
Good computer skills and confidence working with inventory processes
Reliable, detail-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team
