Are you a skilled Drill Fitter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment? And wants a change from FIFO? If the answer is ‘Yes', we want to hear from you!

Epiroc Australia is seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our team based at Boddington Gold Mine, working on a 7 days on/7 days off rotating day shift and night shift DIDO roster.

This role will provide you with an opportunity to continue enhancing your Epiroc equipment skills, knowledge and experience whilst being able to work on a client site that has both workshop and surface mining exposure. Be part of a team that has a great culture and supportive environment.

Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below:

  • Understand and comply with Epiroc and Customer OH&S requirements, policies and procedures
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and fault find mechanical and electrical problems
  • Service equipment as required
  • Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders


Ideally, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge in OEM drill fitting maintenance and repair in mining and civil equipment
  • Epiroc specific product knowledge and experience will be highly regarded
  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • HR Driver's Licence will be highly regarded
  • An unrelenting safety focus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability, diagnostic and trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure
  • Ability to work alone and in a team environment
