Coffee Machine Technician

What we are looking for: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced on road Coffee Machine Technician to repair and maintain our customers' espresso machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. They will be able to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently, communicate effectively with customers, and work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements and Licenses:

• Minimum 12 months experience repairing and maintaining espresso machines.

• Medium level of manual handling.

• Well-groomed and presented.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Restricted Electrical license is advantageous but not a necessity.

• Occasional rostered weekend and/or overtime is a requirement of this position.
