WA Appliance Parts has been serving Western Australians for over 43 years, making us one of the countries most established and trusted appliance spare parts businesses.
Since opening our doors in 1983, we have helped homeowners, tradespeople, property managers, and repair technicians find the right appliance spare parts and solutions. Today, we continue to grow while maintaining the same commitment to customer service, product knowledge, and practical advice that has built our reputation over four decades.
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our Joondalup store.
This is not just a retail role. Every day brings different customers, different appliances, and different challenges to solve.
You will be helping customers identify spare parts for appliances such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, air conditioners, and more. While previous spare parts experience is an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think through problems logically.
To ensure your success, the successful applicant will complete 2 to 4 weeks of paid training at our Morley branch before commencing permanently at our Joondalup location.
Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
Identifying and supplying appliance spare parts
Processing sales and customer orders
Following up customer enquiries and special orders
Maintaining store presentation and organisation
Supporting stock handling and inventory management
Working closely with suppliers and internal team members
Delivering an outstanding customer experience every day
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys helping people and solving problems
Has outstanding customer service and communication skills
Is confident using computers and learning new systems
Has strong attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, trade supplies, automotive parts, hardware, electrical, appliance repairs, or spare parts sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.
