We are growing and need an experienced Solar Installer to be the lead on the roof, working directly with our CEC-accredited Team Lead Electrician.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Act as the lead on the roof, responsible for the full mechanical installation of solar systems.

•        Expertly install racking, mounting systems, and solar panels to Australian Standards.

•        Run DC cabling safely and efficiently for the Team Lead Electrician.

•        Work closely with the Trades Assistant to ensure a smooth workflow.

•        Assist the Team Lead with site setup, pre-checks, and commissioning.

•        Uphold our high standards for safety and quality on every job.

About You:

•        Proven experience in residential solar (PV) installation (minimum 1-2 years).

•        Hold a current Working at Heights Certificate (essential).

•        Hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card) (essential).

•        Have a valid WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

•        Physically fit and comfortable working at heights in various weather conditions.

•        You have a high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and take pride in your work.
