Fresh Skin Clinic Perth is an award-winning, skin-only clinic located in Ardross, Perth. Established in 2000, we have built a reputation for exceptional results, loyal long-term clients and a calm, professional environment where skin therapists are genuinely valued.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Skin Therapist & Team Leader to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis.

Work–life balance that actually exists:

• Tuesday to Saturday roster

• Saturdays finish at 12.30pm

• Two-week closure over Christmas

ABOUT YOU

You’re someone who genuinely loves skin, values education and wants to grow within a clinic that takes skin therapy seriously. You are a natural leader who enjoys supporting others, setting high standards and creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.

You will ideally have:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in advanced skin treatments

• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients and treatment planning

• Confidence in consultations and client education

• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

• A warm, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience highly regarded

Experience with RF needling, HIFU or advanced modalities is highly regarded, but not essential — training is provided.

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid position that combines hands-on skin therapy with Clinic Coordination responsibilities. While you will continue to work closely with clients, delivering advanced skin treatments and consultations, you will also play a key role in supporting the team, coordinating daily clinic operations and helping maintain the exceptional standards Fresh Skin is known for.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skin treatments and consultations

• Create personalised treatment plans for long-term skin results

• Build strong, trusting client relationships

• Deliver an exceptional client experience at every visit

• Maintain high treatment standards and accurate client records

Clinic Coordination

• Lead by example and foster a positive, professional clinic culture

• Support the training, onboarding and ongoing development plans of team members

• Help coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client care

• Support management with rostering, team communication and operational initiatives as required

• Ensure clinic presentation, treatment standards and client experience consistently reflect Fresh Skin's values
