The Cowan Restoration Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Restoration Technician to join our growing Western Australia team based in Perth.

With offices located throughout Australia, we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, helping customers recover following property damage events.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Inspecting, assessing and reporting on property and contents damage

- Performing emergency make-safe works to prevent further damage

- Water extraction, structural drying and moisture monitoring

- Fire, smoke and mould remediation works

- Cleaning, treatment and restoration of contents and building materials

- Deploying, monitoring and collecting restoration equipment

- Maintaining accurate job records and reports through company systems

- Meeting insurer and internal service standards and KPIs

- Participating in the after-hours on-call roster

- Travelling locally and interstate when required

- Undertaking additional duties as directed by management

What We're Looking For

- Experience in water, fire and mould restoration highly regarded

- IICRC qualifications highly regarded

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills

- High attention to detail

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Good level of physical fitness

- Current C Class Driver's Licence (minimum requirement)
