Kalamunda Toyota is looking for a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. Working with retail, trade and workshop customers, you'll help identify, source and supply Toyota parts while delivering outstanding service.

Kalamunda Toyota is looking for a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. Working with retail, trade and workshop customers, you'll help identify, source and supply Toyota parts while delivering outstanding service.

- Located in the Perth Hills
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Assisting retail and trade parts enquiries
- Providing quotes, processing orders and preparing invoices
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and front counter
- Supporting internal workshop and pre-delivery parts requirements
- Updating customers on order status and delivery timeframes
- Converting quotes to orders and managing backorders
- Sourcing parts through Toyota dealer networks
- Maintaining accurate records and departmental procedures
- Assisting with stock receipt and put-away as required
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Parts team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- Toyota experience advantageous but not essential
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive products
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience preferred
- Current forklift licence is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
