Part-Time Automotive Customer Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Relations Coordinator to join our dealership team. This role is ideal for someone who understands dealership operations, values exceptional customer experiences, and can effectively manage customer communication throughout the sales and ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer follow-up processes and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Coordinate customer satisfaction initiatives and retention programs.

• Monitor and maintain CRM data accuracy.

• Assist with service reminders, sales follow-ups, and customer engagement campaigns.

• Generate reports and track customer satisfaction metrics.

• Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an automotive dealership environment (essential).

• Proficiency with DealerSocket CRM (essential).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude.

• Experience with customer retention and follow-up programs is highly regarded.
