About Us

Crisp Mechanical delivers high-end residential and commercial air conditioning projects, providing builders with complete HVAC-R solutions across the Perth metro area.

The Roles

• Refrigeration Mechanic / Technician: Installing and servicing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF. Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is the minimum requirement. Commercial and residential experience is highly valued; service experience is a big plus.

• Duct Installer: Installing ducted systems in residential and commercial buildings. No formal qualification required, but a minimum of 2+ years' ducting installation experience is expected.

• Estimator / Supervisor Reading plans, pricing and quoting HVAC projects, and preparing estimates for luxury homes and commercial jobs — plus running jobs on site, coordinating installers and keeping projects on schedule. This role requires 5+ years' HVAC project experience and a track record of delivering work end to end.

We Also Welcome

• Air conditioning installers with Cert 2

• Apprentices — third or fourth year preferred

• For duct installers, references or photos of previous work are helpful

• For estimators and supervisors — a track record of delivering HVAC projects

Pay

Depends on the role and your experience:

• Installer and trade rates: $50–$65 negotiable per hour plus super

• Estimating and supervising: negotiable based on experience, with salary options available

• Performance bonuses for delivering projects on time and on budget — your effort and skill get rewarded

Our Ideal Candidate

We'd love to hear from an all-rounder refrigeration mechanic — someone Cert III qualified who is confident across commercial and residential installations and brings service experience. If that's you, you'll have the pick of our work and a clear runway to grow into estimating, supervising, or project management.
