We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Person to support our operations across multiple farms, including free-range farms, located in Jandabup, Neerabup, Forrestdale, Oldbury, and Hopeland.
Key responsibilities:
The Maintenance Person is responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across the farm in line with training and operational requirements, working with minimal supervision. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Performing general repairs, maintenance, and minor structural work, including installations and upgrades
Assisting with welding, fabrication, carpentry, plumbing (where licensed), and general servicing
Conducting routine inspections, audits, and preventative maintenance
Carrying out tasks such as painting, concreting, tiling, fitting, and basic machining
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, consistent with trade-quality outcomes
Required Skills:
Carpentry skills
General construction skills
Metal fabrication skills
Basic plumbing skills
Intermediate to strong mechanical skills
Intermediate to strong administrative skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Attention to detail
Strong commitment to safety, biosecurity, animal welfare and the environment
Driver's License
Desirable
Electricians ticket
Please note: Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
