At Caravan King, we know that every great customer experience starts behind the scenes. That's why we're looking for a Parts Controller to join our award-winning team and play a critical role in supporting our workshop, retail, and customer operations.
For almost 10 years, we've been helping customers enjoy the freedom of caravanning through quality sales, servicing, repairs, storage, and parts. As our Parts Controller, you'll help ensure we have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time—every time.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing parts and accessories to support workshop, retail, and customer needs.
Managing inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Coordinating purchasing, freight, and deliveries to keep operations running smoothly.
Supporting technicians and front office team members with parts interpretation and sourcing.
Maintaining accurate records and a well-organised warehouse.
Driving efficiency, accuracy, and performance across the parts department.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy and confidence using inventory management, purchasing, and email systems.
Experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehousing, or a similar role.
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence.
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Previous experience in a relevant parts, inventory, purchasing, warehousing, or customer service role.
Bonus Points If You Have
Forklift licence.
Caravan, automotive, marine or RV (recreational vehicle) industry experience.
Parts interpretation experience.
