We're searching for a gun Heavy Field Service Mechanic ready to hit the ground running, work on heavy-duty materials handling equipment, and enjoy genuine long-term job security.

What you'll be doing:

Representing yourself and the company to the highest standard, you'll take ownership of your own workload in the field:

• Breakdowns, diagnostics and fault finding
• Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Warranty work and upgrades
• Autonomously managing your jobs day to day
• Delivering great customer service on every visit

Equipment you'll work on: Heavy forklifts, EWPs, boom lifts, cherry pickers and other access gear.

Roster & hours:

Residential role - home every night. Choose between:

• Monday-Friday: 38-hour week with one day off per month (hours made up across the month)
• 9-day fortnight: Every second Friday off, with hours made up across the fortnight

Plenty of OT available at penalty rates - mornings, evenings and weekends. Travel time is paid on many jobs, so you start earning from home.

Who we're looking for:

A mechanically minded tradesperson ready to take the next step. A solid trade background matters, but attitude and reliability matter most.

• Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Technician or Automotive Technician
• Materials handling experience advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics a bonus (training available)
• Great attitude, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity
