About the Role:

This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing the inspection, repair, and overhaul of High, Medium, and Low Voltage rotating equipment. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensure safe and efficient operations, and play a key role in mentoring, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise workshop personnel and daily operations.
Inspect, repair, and overhaul HV/MV/LV motors, generators and rotating equipment.
Lead and mentor departmental staff, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
Manage job scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualification in Electrical Engineering (Electrical License advantageous).
5 years’ experience with overhaul and rewind of large electric motors (essential)
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and high-level problem-solving abilities.
