Fuelfix supports some of Australia’s key industries—mining, energy, transport and infrastructure—with fuel storage and equipment solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Parts Sales Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things done properly.

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in managing parts enquiries from start to finish:

Respond to customer enquiries and identify parts requirements
Prepare accurate quotes and pricing
Source parts and liaise with suppliers
Process orders through our CRM and Business Central systems
Coordinate delivery and ensure timelines are met
Track quotes, follow up on opportunities, and keep things moving
Work closely with sales, branches and operations teams

This is an end-to-end role where you’ll be trusted to own outcomes.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused and responsive
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
A confident communicator (phone, email and in-person)
Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership
Comfortable using systems and learning new tools

Experience in parts, industrial, or technical environments is beneficial but not essential.
