About the Role

The Building and Maintenance Manager manages and coordinates the day-to-day operations and provides general maintenance of a high-end residential apartment complex within the Perth CBD area. 
  
Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Provide assistance to the buildings Facility Manager to oversee the facilities management system and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
  • Assist with management of all service contracts
  • Complete regular building inspection reports
  • Conduct contractor inductions and ensure all work carried out onsite is in accordance with OH&S Regulations
  • Be on standby to attend to any emergency repairs or programmed maintenance works required after normal hours
About You
  • Experience of 2 years or more in a similar role 
  • Technical background in a trade
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach
