This position is full-time, working in a new bakery with a great team.


Task & responsibilities

  • Prove breads ready to bake off 
  • Calculate dough weights for following day production 
  • Mixing, kneading & folding doughs 
  • Mix ciabatta, Brioche & gluten free doughs for same day production 
  • Loading ovens to bake of the daily bread for cafe and wholesale clients 
  • Divide & weigh doughs 
  • Shape and hand roll doughs 
  • Preparation of cakes, sweet loaves, muffins, etc

Qualification & experience

Related Cert III or at least 2yrs related work experience.
