What you’ll be doing

Laser & Skin Therapists

• Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments

• Create personalised treatment plans and consultations

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional care

• Help clients feel confident and empowered in their skin

Clinic Managers & Leaders

• Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams

• Drive clinic culture, customer experience, and performance

• Support team development and operational excellence

• Create an environment where both clients and team members thrive

What you’ll bring

• Certificate III or higher in Beauty Therapy (for therapist roles)

• Leadership or clinic management experience (for management roles)

• A genuine passion for skin health, beauty, and confidence

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A growth mindset and willingness to learn

• Energy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
