Directions Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Tyre Fitter for a high-volume workshop in South Guildford.
We are looking to secure a reliable professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
The Rewards

• $40.00 per hour + penalties (paid fortnightly).
• 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday (No more chasing weekend shifts).
• Long-term role with genuine Temp-to-Perm opportunities.
• Location: South Guildford workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a high-volume, hands-on role where quality matters. You’ll be responsible for:

• Expertly fitting Super Singles and heavy truck tyres.
• Maintaining strict quality control to ensure safety on the road.
• Working as part of a high-energy team to reach daily targets.
• Adhering to rigorous workshop safety protocols.

What You’ll Need
To be successful, you must be a self-starter who takes pride in their work. We are looking for:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of changing Truck tyres.
• Licensing: A valid C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Reliability: Ability to provide two references
• Compliance: Ability to pass a 3-step onboarding process (Medical + D&A Testing).
• Right to Work: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
