RecruitWest has partnered with a leading utility contractor to secure a qualified Linesperson for a permanent position. This role focuses on essential asset inspection and maintenance framework operations across the Western Power network.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed asset inspections across Western Power infrastructure
Perform structural and electrical testing on light poles and street lighting
Deliver accurate reporting on network asset conditions
Maintain strict adherence to electrical safety and compliance standards

What You Need to Bring

Cert III ESI – Distribution Overhead (or equivalent Linesperson qualification)
Location: Must reside North of the River (ideally between Perth CBD and Quinns Rocks) for daily depot access in the outer North-Western metro area
Cable Joining Ticket: An LV/HV Cable Joiner’s ticket is highly desirable and will fast-track your application
Professional Attitude: Strong communication skills, as our client will conduct formal interviews with shortlisted candidates
