HVAC | Refrigeration Technicians | Camp Maintenance | 8:6

IronMerge People is currently seeking experienced Refrigeration Technicians / HVAC Technicians for FIFO camp maintenance roles across remote mine sites in Western Australia. 

These positions offer long-term full-time opportunities working across established accommodation village and facilities maintenance operations.

• 8/6 FIFO roster 
• Flights from Perth Airport only 
• Ongoing, long-term work across established WA mine sites 
• Supportive team environment and stable maintenance contracts 

The Role 
You will be responsible for the maintenance, fault finding, repair and servicing of HVAC and refrigeration systems within remote camp and village environments, including: 

• Split system air conditioning maintenance 
• Refrigeration systems and diagnostics 
• Walk-in cool rooms and freezers 
• Planned and reactive maintenance 
• General facilities maintenance support as required 
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site compliance requirements 

Essential Requirements 
To be considered, you must have: 

• Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARC Licence) 
• WA Restricted Electrical Licence 
• Current West Australian Driver’s Licence (Auto or Manual) 
• Current CPR/LVR within 12 months (or willingness to obtain prior to mobilisation) 
• Current First Aid Certificate within 3 years 
• Current Working at Heights 
• Fire Attack certificate 
• National Police Clearance within 6 months 
• Unlimited Australian working rights 
• Current Western Australian residency 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen 

Important Information 

• Candidates are required to supply their own: 
• First Aid / CPR / LVR 
• Fire Attack 
• Working at Heights 
• Client-specific inductions will be arranged and paid for by the employer 
• Interstate and overseas applicants will not be considered 
• Previous FIFO camp maintenance experience highly regarded
