Kleenduct WA is a trusted leader in kitchen exhaust and HVAC cleaning across Western Australia. We support major restaurants, hospitals, schools, remote sites and more — keeping their environments safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated technicians to join our expanding team.
This is a hands-on role involving detailed cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems. Most work is scheduled after hours, early mornings or at night to avoid client disruption.
You will be paired long-term with one of our experienced technicians so you can learn on the job, stay safe, and build confidence before taking on more responsibility.
Cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems (canopies, ductwork, fans)
Using pressure washers, scrapers, hand tools and cleaning equipment
Working in confined spaces and at heights
Completing service sheets and before/after photo reports
Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
Maintaining safety and cleanliness at all times
Optional: assisting with HVAC and air conditioning duct cleaning
Optional: travelling for regional/remote/mine site work (when available)
Optional: working in our grease filter service department (cleaning & exchange)
Must have: a current manual driver’s licence, reliable transport, willingness to work nights/early mornings, and the physical fitness required for hands-on work.
Comfortable working in tight/dirty spaces
Willing and available to work night shifts, day shifts, early mornings and optional weekends with penalty rates (weekends not mandatory)
Reliable, punctual and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Experience in cleaning, labouring, HVAC or kitchen exhaust systems is a plus — training provided
Open to candidates of any work status
Competitive hourly rates + penalty rates
Higher pay rates available for experienced candidates
Weekly fuel allowance when using your own vehicle
