GROW Horticulture is a team of people who strive to achieve exceptional results in the gardens we care for. We support, respect and learn from one another to nurture the beauty of the gardens in our care and in turn create ongoing opportunities for our people.

With the aim of developing long-standing, trusting relationships with our clients based on continued performance, we complete regular scheduled garden maintenance, ongoing enhancement to outdoor living spaces and horticultural consultancy services for our clients.

We are based in Bayswater however we predominantly service the Western suburbs. We operate out of fully equipped vans, all uniforms, tools and PPE is provided for you. We have a fun enthusiastic team who are all fully engaged in Horticulture, we are looking for someone that is inquisitive and shares our team values to join us.

To suit the values of the GROW team you need to love what you do, which will show in your work. ​This role will be great for someone who has experience in quality garden care or is wanting to develop a career in horticulture, has the physical ability and desire to work year-round in all weather conditions. You are positive, passionate and honest with a strong work ethic.
