Painters & Blasters

2XM Recruit are currently looking for Painters and Blasters to join a well-established team south of Perth. Due to an increased workload, our client has both day and night shifts available and these will be ongoing/ long-term roles.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Surface preparation using abrasive blasting techniques
• Application of protective coatings and industrial paint systems
• Operation and maintenance of blasting and painting equipment
• Adherence to project specifications and quality standards
• Compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements

 
About You:

• Previous experience in abrasive blasting and industrial painting
• Strong understanding of coating application processes and surface preparation standards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Current driver’s licence
• Relevant trade qualifications, high-risk tickets, and industry certifications will be highly regarded
