Compensation

- Competitive hourly rate of $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

- Weekly pay with significant weekly bonuses.

Essential Attributes

- Highly skilled in all aspects of hairdressing.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Team player, willing to assist with various tasks around the salon.

- Possession of at least an Australian Certificate III in Hairdressing.

- Minimum of 2 years full-time employment experience in a similar role within a busy commercial establishment.

- Existing clientele preferred but not essential.
