Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our inspection team and have multiple positions available immediately.

The Role

We are seeking two casual inspectors to service Perth’s Northern suburbs.

Responsibilities include completing:

Routine inspections
Entry condition reports (PCRs)
Final bond inspections
Open homes

This role suits experienced Property Managers or Property Inspectors who enjoy the industry but want to step away from the pressure of managing a portfolio.

You will work independently in the field completing inspections while our systems handle the majority of the reporting and administration.

Growth Opportunity

This position begins as a casual inspection role.

However, Nextera is expanding rapidly across Perth. Inspectors who demonstrate reliability, strong judgement and high inspection standards may have the opportunity to transition into full-time positions as new territories develop.

What We’re Looking For

Previous Property Management or inspection experience
Strong understanding of WA tenancy legislation
High attention to detail
Ability to confidently identify damage vs fair wear and tear
Smartphone capable of running Inspection Express (Inspection Express experience highly regarded)
Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
National Police Clearance
Comfortable using mobile inspection apps
Professional, reliable and able to work independently
