The City of Armadale is seeking reliable, hands-on workers to join our Civil Works crew maintaining local roads, drainage and infrastructure.

What we offer

  • 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off)
  • Permanent full-time job
  • Work locally – no FIFO
  • $71,000 – $74,000 + super + allowances

What the job involves

Working with an experienced crew you’ll assist with:

  • pothole and road repairs
  • kerb and footpath repairs
  • drainage maintenance
  • traffic management setup
  • general civil labouring
  • supporting plant operators and construction works

This is hands-on outdoor work, and no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • current driver’s licence
  • ability to work outdoors and undertake physical work
  • strong safety awareness
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • Tickets such as traffic management, plant operation or HR licence are highly regarded but not essential.
