Advanced Fleet Signs (AFS), a leading manufacturer of Rock Board® LED Identification Signs and XCELR8® Vehicle Safety Products, is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Canning Vale.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their workday. The successful candidate will be involved in both physical warehouse operations and administrative duties, supporting customers and internal teams to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock control and maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

  • Monitoring the Sales inbox, processing orders and assisting customers with enquiries 

  • General warehouse duties including pick packing, dispatch and freight coordination

  • Providing professional customer service via phone and email

  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate stock levels

  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse and/or administration role

  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving boxes within the warehouse

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn

  • A current and valid Australian driver’s licence & have own transport

  • Forklift licence essential

  • Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
