The Light Vehicle Mechanic role is a full time position working at Avon Valley Toyota. Reporting to the Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for:
• Working within the dealership policies, guidelines and standards
• Complete general servicing and maintenance tasks
• Conduct diagnosis and fault-finding processes
• Meet industry standards and company expectations on quality and efficiency
• Road test vehicles to identify performance-related concerns as well as verifying repairs
• Complete relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Support the training and development of apprentices

So who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Well presented
• Good communication skills
• Current trade qualifications - essential
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive technician experience required
• Toyota experience is desirable however not essential
• Current C Class Manual Drivers License
• The ability to work as part of a team
