Team Leader - Landscaping, Blockwork, and Paving

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Leader - Landscaping, Blockwork, and Paving to join the team at Wanda's Gardening and Landscaping in Perth, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to ensure the smooth running of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and supervise a small team across gardening, landscaping, blockwork, and paving projects to ensure high-quality results and efficient workflow.

• Coordinate materials and works to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.

• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and support to team members to build skills and maintain high performance.

• Oversee site preparation, planting, irrigation, paving, and structural landscaping activities.

• Monitor worksite safety, quality standards, and adherence to company policies and environmental practices.

What we're looking for

• Extensive landscaping, blockworks, and paving experience (minimum 5 years).

• Team-orientated leadership and management experience (minimum 3 years).

• A responsible and knowledgeable characteristics, who fits in well with our team culture.

• Class C (car) driver's licence.

• Be physically fit and able to handle a manual role.

• A positive and solutions-focused attitude.

• A friendly demeanour with the clients' interests at heart.
