Rental Sales Officer / Vehicle Detailer
The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment. The successful applicant is responsible for the daily vehicle preparation process ensuring vehicles are presented for rental on time and to the required standards. You will also have the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers. This is part time position offering 50 hours per fortnight.
You will be required to;
Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.
Handle and reconcile cash transactions.
Possess intermediate computer knowledge.
Assist clients with vehicle collection, return and inspection.
Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in the workplace
Have a thorough knowledge of vehicle detailing
Have a thorough knowledge of detailing products, their uses and restrictions
Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual drivers licence.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in customer service, be eager to learn and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.
