At Penrhos, we believe that every detail matters and our beautiful campus is part of the learning adventure. We are seeking a flexible and team-oriented Grounds Person to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent full-time (1.0 FTE) role, working Monday to Friday, 6:20 am to 3:00 pm.

Your Role in Creating an Inspiring Environment:
EMBRACE – Work collaboratively to maintain safe, vibrant grounds for students and staff.
CREATE – Care for gardens, turf, and trees through mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control.
SOAR – Assist with sporting event setups, including line marking, and support campus operations.
BLAZE – Operate and maintain reticulation systems and equipment with precision.
IMPACT – Contribute to the College’s welcoming environment by ensuring grounds are immaculate and functional.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • Current WA Class C Driver’s Licence

  • MR or HR licence (or willingness to obtain)

  • Chemical Application Licence desirable (training provided if needed)

  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
