The Opportunity

We are appointing a Territory Lead to help build and grow one of our Perth corridors.

This is full-time.
This is high standard.
This is not a "drive around and take photos" job.

You will:

• Complete routine, entry and vacate inspections
• Apply professional judgement in the field
• Protect landlords and agencies through high-level reporting
• Maintain quality standards as volume increases
• Assist in mentoring future inspectors as your territory grows

You won't be managing tenants.
You won't be chasing arrears.
You won't be drowning in inbox chaos.

You will be using your skillset in a focused, high-impact way.

Essential

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
• High attention to detail
• Confident distinguishing damage vs wear & tear
• Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle
• National Police Clearance
• Tech confident

• Minimum 1-2 years of Property Management experience required

• Australian citizenship is required for this position

• National Police Clearance must be within 12 months
